Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At ErgoNova, we offer a 60-night trial period. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 60 nights of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it arrived in (unless the issue is related to product quality). You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at contact.ergonova@gmail.com for the correct return instructions and shipping address. Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted or refunded.

Important Notes:

  1. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the 60-night trial return policy.
  2. If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Shipping fees will vary depending on the carrier you choose.
  3. If the product was received damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you won’t be responsible for the shipping fees, and no restocking fee will be applied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 1-8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at contact.ergonova@gmail.com, and we will assist you further.
